Terms of use

Last updated 23 September 2026

These terms apply when you use the Co-Gaffer website or app. Co-Gaffer is provided by Eberything Limited (“we”, “us”). By using Co-Gaffer you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

What Co-Gaffer is

Co-Gaffer is an independent assistant for Fantasy Premier League (FPL) players. It uses FPL’s public data to suggest transfers, captains, chip timing and mini-league strategy. Co-Gaffer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League.

Co-Gaffer can’t make changes to your real FPL team. Plans you build in the app stay in the app until you make them yourself on Fantasy Premier League.

Advice is a guide, not a guarantee

Projections and suggestions are estimates based on available data, which can be incomplete, late or wrong — for example when team news changes close to a deadline. You make your own FPL decisions, and we’re not responsible for points, ranks or prizes you win or lose.

Your account

Founding season and pricing

During the 2026/27 season, signed-in users get every Pro feature free until 30 June 2027. After that we may offer free and paid plans. We’ll give you clear notice before any paid plan starts, and you’ll never be charged unless you choose to subscribe.

Beta software

Co-Gaffer is in beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable — including around busy FPL deadlines. We’ll do our best to keep it running well.

Fair use

Please don’t:

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Co-Gaffer and ask us to delete your account at any time.

Ownership

Co-Gaffer’s software, design and projections belong to us. FPL data, player names, club names and badges belong to their respective owners.

Our liability

Co-Gaffer is provided “as is”. To the extent Hong Kong law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by relying on projections or advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) does not allow us to limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you use Co-Gaffer as a consumer, you keep the rights Hong Kong law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes

We may update these terms as Co-Gaffer changes. If we make significant changes, we’ll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, tell you in the app or by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
